Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Please ensure you review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, ELUXE may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Worn items
- Washed items
- Opened hosiery or stockings
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale or promotional items unless faulty
