Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

ELUXE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been handed to the shipping provider.

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking information.
