ELUXE ships both within Australia and internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
Please note that delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or courier issues are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are correct.
ELUXE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking details.
